Weil Strategien und Innovationen zu oft am Kunden vorbeischiessen, und so die gewünschte Wirkung verfehlen, haben Stephan Peyer und Beat Walther 2001 die Vendbridge gegründet. Unsere Mission: Unternehmen aufzuzeigen, wie Endkunden mehr Wert geboten werden kann.

Seit 2013 leiten Beat Walther und Alice Sachova Vendbridge zusammen mit einem Team interner und externer Customer Insight-Experten. Mit dem Ziel, Methoden und Werkzeuge zu entwickeln, um Unternehmen und Kunden zu verbinden.

Wegen der zentralen Bedeutung von Kunden-Insights entwickelte Vendbridge die CFI Customer Focused Innovation Methode. Ein Ansatz, um unerfüllte Kundenbedürfnisse, sogenannte Pain Points, messbar aufzudecken.
